The Opportunity

This is an elite, autonomous role for an established financial networker, private banker, or independent placement agent who wants to monetize their existing relationships in the Caribbean and European wealth corridors.

As an Institutional Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for introducing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, multi-family platforms, trust managers, and private asset structures to SRQuant's systematic investment offerings.

Because this is a commission-only position, we offer a top-tier, highly competitive payout structure that rewards you not just on initial capital placement, but offers ongoing monthly residual commission based on assets under management (AUM) or performance fee splits. Your earning potential is completely uncapped.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capital Introduction: Identify, approach, and pitch SRQuant Capital’s systematic investment strategies to qualified investors, family offices, and fiduciary networks in Curaçao.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the local relationship point, managing the initial discovery process and coordinating directly with our technical lead/research team to facilitate deeper due diligence.
  • Gatekeeper Networking: Build strong conduits with localized trust companies, corporate lawyers, and offshore financial intermediaries who manage private foundations (Stichtingen) and corporate asset structures.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards representing SRQuant in high-stakes environments.

What We Look For

  • The Network: You possess an active, verifiable rolodex of HNWIs, family offices, asset managers, or fiduciary professionals within Curaçao or the broader Benelux-Caribbean financial ecosystem.
  • Industry Literacy: A strong fundamental understanding of financial markets, alternative asset classes, quantitative trading concepts, or derivatives (futures/options) is highly preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in private banking, capital raising, high-ticket asset placement, luxury wealth services, or institutional sales.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Absolute commitment to compliance, investor suitability, and confidentiality.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch, Papiamento, or Spanish is a major asset in the local market.
