IT & Digital Enablement Lead

As an IT & Digital Enablement Lead, you will take full ownership of our digital environment and drive the next phase of enterprise digital maturity.
You will help shape how technology enables the organization, turning the current IT landscape into a more structured, secure, and scalable digital foundation for sustainable growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Defines platform and tooling standards, ensures reliable system integrations, and actively prevents shadow IT and ungoverned tooling;
• Monitors cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, implements preventive and detective controls, and coordinates closely with security vendors and outsourced IT providers, escalating risks where needed;
• Manages access, devices, and operational incidents, ensuring fast resolution while identifying and addressing underlying structural issues and capacity needs;
• Leads and supports digital initiatives and projects, contributes to prioritization and investment proposals, and delivers approved initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors;
• Ensures digital systems comply with QMS requirements, enforces required controls, supports audits, and escalates compliance risks related to tooling or systems.

Profile:

We are looking for candidates who bring a combination of ownership,technical depth, and strong judgement.

• Experience owning or co-owning IT environments end-to-end, with solid exposure to cybersecurity, access management, and system integration;
• Experience working with both in-house systems and external vendors;
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technical solutions;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and pragmatic approach to decision-making;
• Clear communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• 5+ years of experience in ICT management or senior IT roles;
• Fluency in English; Dutch and Papiamentu are a plus;
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves execution style.
