Pandora Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This role serves as second-in-command, driving sales performance, team development, and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsabilities

• Support the Store Manager in upholding store standards across sales performance, merchandising, housekeeping, and asset management.
• Build outstanding customer relationships and lead by example to ensure the entire team delivers excellent service.
• Supervise, train, and develop sales associates, fostering growth and progressively greater independence.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, effectively demonstrate products, and communicate product performance insights to relevant business partners.
• Oversee the receipt, processing, storage, and display of incoming product to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage in-store projects end-to-end, including visual merchandising updates and preparations for peak selling periods.
• Ensure all store operations — including register functions, inventory control, and price changes — are conducted with integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of retail experience; 1 year preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher), internet software, and inventory management systems.
