Sales Executive
Aruba | Curaçao | St. Maarten
The Boolchand Group is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while building strong relationships with business clients and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound B2B inquiries and develop new opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Prepare quotations and execute structured follow-up
- Develop relationships with key business clients
- Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver results against KPIs
Candidate Profile
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- For Aruba & Curaçao: Papiamentu and Dutch preferred (Spanish is a plus)
- For St. Maarten: Dutch is a plus
- Structured, organized, and results-driven
- Affinity with technology / IT products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
